Where do your plants come from?

We work with independent growers and trusted plant suppliers. Your order may ship directly from a supplier, so plants in one order can arrive in separate packages.

Will a plant grow well where I live?

Check each product page for light, growing zone, mature size, and care guidance before ordering. Some live plants cannot ship to every location because of plant health rules or seasonal conditions.

How much is shipping, and when will my order arrive?

Available shipping options, rates, and delivery estimates appear at checkout. Live plants may ship when weather and growing conditions are suitable. Tracking is sent when a supplier dispatches your order. Read our shipping policy for more details.

What if my plant arrives damaged?

Report shipping damage within 7 days of delivery. Report other eligible plant issues, including plants that arrive unhealthy or incorrect, within 30 days of shipment. Sign in to your Novel Plants customer account, open the order, and submit a return request for the item. Eligible claims may qualify for a refund, replacement, or another resolution under the applicable fulfillment partner's plant guarantee. See our refund policy for details. For existing orders, the terms in effect when you placed your order continue to apply.

Can I return a plant?

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Sign in to your Novel Plants customer account, select the order, and submit a return request. Wait for approval and return instructions before sending an item back. Approved returns include free return shipping with no label or restocking fee. See our refund policy for details.
